RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

All products sold in BLACHESTORE.COM go through our strict quality control procedures. We always inspect every item before it is shipped. In case of loss or damage, we fully insure all the products. Because of this, we know that we offer the best quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and ship all your orders with love. We think you will be extremely happy with your order

But there are instances when products get damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. If this happens to you, we will be happy to replace them. If you need to return damaged goods to us, please e-mail info@blachestore.com detailing the reasons for return, complete with pictures/videos of the products and request your Return Product Authorization (RPA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return the product within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.

It is highly recommended that you insure the return shipment because it is your responsibility to take good care of the product and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our shipping center. It is also recommend that you keep your  proof of sending in case of a dispute. Products should be returned in its original condition, packaging and with all BLACHESTORE.COM ribbons, tags, manuals included. Returns that are damaged, incomplete or dirty may not be accepted and may be sent back to the buyer and/or a refund refused. 

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

Products are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing defect happens within 7 days of purchase. Please understand that products that are damaged by the buyers are not considered to be faulty.

If you want to return a damaged item, please know that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. If it is possible, we will offer to repair damaged products. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee for the new item and the returned product. 

All products returned should have a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number to make the process easier for all. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

COLORS

Please take note that we tried our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on BLACHESTORE.COM. But as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely the same as ours.
